  • Our appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling or canceling a session. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate emergencies, but repeated short-notice cancellations may affect future bookings.
